Terms

Agreement – A public offer (offer) by the Seller to conclude a sales contract for goods presented on the website criniebeauty.com under the terms specified below.

Website – The Seller’s website at criniebeauty.com, where the Goods are displayed, along with payment and delivery terms for the Buyer.

Seller – Individual entrepreneur Turkevych Halyna Ivanivna.

Buyer – An individual, a user of the Website, who places an Order for Goods for personal use.

Goods – Cosmetics, shampoos, hair care products, accessories, and other items offered for sale on the Seller’s Website.

Order – A properly submitted request by the Buyer to purchase and deliver the Goods.

General Provisions

  1. This Agreement, in accordance with Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” and Articles 633, 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, constitutes a public offer by the Seller to conclude a sales contract for Goods presented on the Website.
  2. By accepting the Agreement, the Buyer fully agrees to the terms and conditions of placing an Order, payment for Goods, delivery, returns, and all other terms of the Agreement. The Agreement is binding on both parties.
  3. If the Buyer disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, they must cease using the Website.
  4. Information about the Goods, promotions, prices, and other service terms displayed on the Website is dynamic and may be updated, modified, or supplemented by the Seller at any time without prior notice.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on the Website. The Buyer is responsible for monitoring such changes. The Seller is not obligated to notify the Buyer separately.

Acceptance of the Offer

  1. The Agreement is deemed concluded (accepted) when the Buyer confirms the Order on the Website.
  2. If the Buyer receives Order confirmation via email or phone, they must verify all details and promptly notify the Seller of any discrepancies.

Order Placement

  1. The Buyer independently places an Order on the Website by adding items to the “CART” and clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”
  2. The Buyer must select the type, quantity, volume (if applicable), color (if applicable), and review the product specifications.
  3. When placing an Order, the Buyer must provide the following mandatory information:
  • Full name;
  • Delivery address (for “Nova Poshta” branches or parcel lockers);
  • Contact phone number;
  • Email.
  1. The Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the selected Goods and provided information.
  2. By clicking “CONFIRM ORDER,” the Buyer confirms they have received all required consumer information under Ukrainian law, including:
  • Seller’s name, address, and complaint procedure;
  • Product specifications;
  • Price, including delivery fees, and payment terms;
  • Warranty obligations;
  • Other supply or contract terms.
  1. The product name, quantity, and price are displayed in the Buyer’s cart.
  2. Items saved in the “Cart” are subject to availability and price changes if not purchased immediately.
  3. The Buyer may designate a third-party recipient but must provide their identification and delivery details.
  4. If additional information is required, the Seller may request it. Failure to provide such information relieves the Seller of liability for service quality.
  5. The Seller may refuse an Order if the provided details are incomplete or questionable.
  6. If Goods are out of stock, the Seller may offer alternatives or cancel the Order with a refund.
  7. Registration is not required to purchase Goods.

Product Price

  1. Prices are set by the Seller and displayed on the Website in UAH, including VAT.
  2. Prices may be changed unilaterally, except for fully paid Orders.
  3. The Seller may offer discounts or promotions, subject to change without notice.
  4. Prices exclude delivery fees, bank/payment system commissions, which the Buyer bears.

Payment

  1. Payment options include online via Wayforpay or other approved methods, or by bank transfer.
  2. The Seller does not process card payments. Payment issues must be resolved with the issuing bank or payment system.
  3. The Buyer is liable for providing incorrect payment details.
  4. Prices exclude bank/payment system fees, which the Buyer pays separately.
  5. Payment obligations are fulfilled upon receipt of funds by the Seller.
  6. Accepted currencies: USD, EUR, PLN, UAH.
  7. Coupons may be applied during checkout.

Delivery

  1. Delivery within Ukraine is via Nova Poshta (branch or locker).
  2. Estimated delivery costs may be provided but are not binding.
  3. Goods are handed to the Buyer or designated recipient. If unavailable, delivery may be made to another person with Order details.
  4. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and report damage immediately.
  5. Failed deliveries due to Buyer’s fault (e.g., unavailability) are deemed a mutual termination of the Agreement.

Warranties & Returns

  1. The Buyer may return Goods of proper quality within 14 days (excluding purchase day) if unsuitable due to form, size, color, etc.
  2. Returns/exchanges require unused condition, original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
  3. Non-returnable items include:
  • Perfumes/cosmetics;
  • Toothbrushes, combs;
  • Manicure/pedicure tools;
  • Silk sleep accessories;
  • Gua sha tools;
  • Hair accessories;
  • Opened packaging, etc.
  1. If an exchange is unavailable, the Buyer may choose a substitute, refund, or wait for restocking.
  2. For defective Goods, the Buyer may request a refund or replacement within 30 days.
  3. The Seller is not liable for defects caused by improper use, third-party actions, or force majeure.
  4. Return instructions:
  • Include proof of purchase;
  • Ship to Seller’s address (provided upon request).
  1. The Seller inspects returns and notifies the Buyer of approval/denial within 7 days.
  2. Refused returns must be collected within 30 days, after which the Seller may dispose of the Goods.
  3. Warranty period: 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Liability

  1. Parties are liable for breach under Ukrainian law.
  2. The Seller is not responsible for manufacturer changes to product appearance or packaging.
  3. The Seller is exempt for force majeure events (e.g., strikes, wars, natural disasters, government actions).
  4. The Buyer is liable for incorrect delivery details and related costs.
  5. The Seller’s liability is limited to the product’s price.

Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Personal data is processed under Ukrainian law and the Agreement.
  2. Data is used for Order processing, delivery, warranties, and (with consent) marketing.
  3. By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to data processing and transfer to third parties (e.g., couriers, banks) as necessary.
  4. The Buyer must keep their data updated and has the right to access/rectify it.

Other Terms

  1. Disputes should first be resolved via negotiation using the Seller’s contact details.
  2. Unresolved disputes may be referred to Ukrainian courts.
