Cleanse the skin of your face and neck from makeup and impurities, then gently pat dry with a towel.

Apply a facial oil or serum for massage. This will help the tool glide smoothly and prevent skin from stretching.

Start the massage from your neck:
Move the tool in smooth strokes from the bottom upward and from the center outward. This will promote lymphatic drainage and relieve tension.

Move on to the face:

• Chin → toward the ears

• Cheeks → toward the temples

• Under-eye area (very gently!) → toward the temples

• Forehead → from the brows upward to the hairline

Repeat each movement 5–10 times, using light pressure.

Store the tool in the fridge for an extra cooling effect that reduces puffiness and tones the skin.

After the massage, rinse off any remaining product (if needed) and apply a moisturizer.

Use 3–5 times per week for best results.
