Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta — either to a branch or by courier to the specified address. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer in accordance with the carrier’s rates. In the case of a parcel refusal, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

An exception is made when the product arrives with a defect or is of inadequate quality — in such cases, the seller covers the shipping costs.

Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

International Delivery

Worldwide delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta or DHL.
Standard delivery takes approximately 14–20 days, depending on the chosen service.
Express courier delivery takes about 7–11 days.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer according to the shipping service’s rates. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the selected delivery method.

Payment

You can choose a convenient payment method:

  • Visa / MasterCard / ApplePay — with 100% prepayment on the website;
  • 100% prepayment to a bank account.

Returns and Exchanges

We value the trust of every customer and strive to provide the highest quality of service. Please review the return and exchange policy, established in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and our public offer.

General Conditions

The customer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if the product does not suit in form, size, style, color, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.

A return is possible only if:

  • The product has not been used;
  • The original appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, and labels are preserved;
  • There are no signs of wear, washing, mechanical damage, or unusual odors;
  • A proof of purchase is provided (receipt or sales slip).

Items Not Subject to Return or Exchange

The customer may not return or exchange goods in cases where the item is non-returnable under Article 9 (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1023-12/conv/parast9) of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994, including:

  • Perfume and cosmetic products;
  • Toothbrushes, combs, and massage brushes;
  • Silk pillowcases for sleep;
  • Gua Sha massagers;
  • Silk hair ties;
  • Hair drying turbans;
  • Thermal caps for hair;
  • Headbands and face-washing wristbands;
  • Hair clips and barrettes;
  • Products in packaging if the buyer has damaged its integrity, including seals and tags.

Order Cancellation and Return Conditions

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged if they are included in the list of non-returnable items approved by Cabinet Resolution No. 172 from 19.03.1994.

❗️Cancellations and returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The buyer changed their mind about the purchase;
  • The order is no longer relevant for personal reasons;
  • The order has already been paid;
  • The product is custom-made or prepared upon individual request (including handmade or personalized items);
  • The product belongs to a non-returnable category under the law.

💳 Payment = Confirmation of Terms

After making payment:

  • The order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled;
  • Refunds are not provided, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return of Items of Inadequate Quality

If you received a product with significant defects or one that does not match the stated specifications, you have the right to:

  • Exchange the product;
  • Or receive a refund within 7 days of receipt.

Defects resulting from misuse, improper storage, third-party interference, or force majeure are not grounds for return.

Return Procedure

To return an item:

  1. Prepare the product in its original condition with all labels, packaging, and documents.
  2. Include the receipt and any other required documentation in the parcel.
  3. Send the item to the address provided after contacting our support team.

We will inspect the product within 3 business days and inform you of the decision:

  • If approved, the funds will be returned within 7 days via the original payment method.
  • If denied, we will provide details on where the product can be picked up. If it is not claimed within 30 days, it is considered the property of the seller.

Warranty

The warranty period for our products is 30 days from the date of receipt unless stated otherwise.
